What is a loupe?

An optical loupe is a head worn magnifier. Worn like glasses, the loupe will magnify an image it will NOT correct your vision. The amount of magnification depends on the curvature of the lenses and the lens spacing. Loupes are designed to meet specific magnification requirements and working distances.

How is your working distance measured?

A customers working distance is simply determined by a measurement from the eye to the object being viewed at optimum focus.

What is the warranty on Rose Micro Loupes?

Rose Micro Loupes carry a limited lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects, beginning on the date of purchase from Rose Micro Solutions. This product warranty applies only within the United States of America, Canada or sale to authorized Dealers or Distributors. Rose Micro will, at its option, repair or replace any product or parts covered by its warranty. The purchaser shall be responsible for shipping and insurance costs to Rose Micro, Buffalo, NY USA. This warranty is nontransferable and applies to only the original purchaser of this product as determined by Rose Micro sales records.

What is the return policy?

All returns must be authorized. Contact Rose Micro Solutions customer service department and receive a return authorization number. All returns must be made within (14) days of the original shipping date. Any items returned are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 

What is the warranty on the Power Pack LED Light? 

Rose Micro warrants the Power Pack Light product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years for the Headlight and one (1) year for all other supplied parts from the original date of purchase. If a defect arises and a claim is received by Rose Micro within the warranty period, at their option Rose Micro will repair or replace the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts. The purchaser shall be responsible for shipping and insurance costs to Rose Micro, Buffalo, NY USA. The warranty does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidental breakage, misapplication or abuse.
